For more than 20 years, Natalie Fikes has built programs, developed leaders, strengthened teams, and created experiences that prepare people to turn what they know into what they do. Her work has included leadership development with Amazon, team development with NASA, and co-launching the largest virtual women's experiential network with Star Jones and the National Association of Professional Women.
Her perspective on readiness was shaped by early career success. She entered corporate America as a junior in high school. By her early twenties, she had generated more than $1 million in sales over a two-year period, earned a promotion to corporate trainer, and advanced into management, where she led an underperforming team to the top of the district.
As her career expanded from achieving results to developing people and strengthening organizations, she began to recognize a common challenge across industries, businesses, and stages of life: people can have the knowledge, talent, resources, and opportunities necessary to succeed and still struggle to execute when real life gets involved.
